1. The contest is open to all photographers, both amateur and professional, who are residents of the United States and International photographers.
2. All entries must be original photographs taken by the participant.                                                                                                                                                               
3. Each participant can submit a maximum of three original photographs. (Please add a description with each photo entered)
4. The photographs must capture the essence of street life, showcasing the diversity, culture, and unique moments found in the streets of the world..
5. The photographs must be in black and white.
6. Any post-processing or editing of the photographs should be kept to a minimum, limited to basic adjustments such as cropping, brightness, contrast, and color correction. Excessive manipulation or alteration of the photograph may lead to disqualification.
7. The photographs should not contain any watermarks, logos, or any other identifying marks.
8. By submitting the photographs, participants grant permission to the contest organizers to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and print materials. You will be credited as the artist if the photo is shared or featured on the website or social media.
9. The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules and guidelines or contains inappropriate content        10. The deadline for submitting entries is [November 15, 2023].
11. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the contest organizers. Their decision will be final and binding.
12. The winners will be announced on [Dec 15, 2023] through the contest website and social media platforms. The winner will be featured on social media and the website for 30 days as the 2023 International Street Photographer of the Year. Your winning photographs will be submitted for gallery viewing. 
13. The winners may be required to provide high-resolution copies of their winning photographs for promotional purposes.
14. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions for any recognizable individuals or private property featured in their photographs.
17. By submitting the entry form, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood the contest rules and guidelines and agree to abide by them.
